Sales:
The catalog prices are intended for those customers who buy wholesale directly from the farm.

Orders:
All orders are booked subject to availability and growing conditions with the understanding that orders shall be void should injury befall the stock from drought, flood, frost, hail, snow, errors in count or by other causes beyond our control. Varieties and prices are subject to change without notice.

Tagging and holding material requires a 50% deposit and balance due in 15 days. If tagged materials are not taken or paid for in 30 days, the stock will be untagged and the deposit will be held as credit for future purchases.
No cash or credit card refunds

No stock may leave the farm until the bill is paid in full.

TERMS
Our regular terms are cash, personal or company check. For your convenience we also accept Master Card and VISA.

GUARANTEE:
Grant Family Farms, Inc. (GFF) warrants stock to be true to name and variety. GFF will not be liable for any amount greater than the original purchase price.

Our pricing is wholesale available to the public, because of these low prices, no other guarantee is expressed. The customer may purchase a guarantee at 35% of the cost of the tree. This guarantee will allow for the replacement of a tree, should it fail, within one year of the full purchase date. No cash or credit card refunds will be given.

SHIPPING:
Grant Family Farms Inc. Does offer delivery service. Deliveries arranged through GFF will be charged according to the rate chart below. For larger orders and orders traveling beyond our normal delivery area, shipping can be arranged through a third party by GFF, but seller does not become the buyer’s agent in this event.

Alternatively, the buyer may arrange shipping. The stock becomes the buyer’s responsibility when loaded on any means of transportation. All claims for damages or shortages must be made to the shipping company, as GFF accepts no liability for stock once it is loaded.

All carriers arranged through GFF have impressive track records providing quality delivery service. We will make every effort to assure your stock arrives in good condition.

There is a $500 minimum for delivery. For orders less than the minimum, we will try to set up delivery with another order.
