We ship throughout the lower 48 states mainly East of Colorado, with a large percentage of the crops we grow staying local. You can find our produce in your neighborhood, Whole Foods, King Soopers, Safeway, Vitamin Cottage or local independent retailer. HEB, a large retail grocery chain in Texas, is a great supporter of the farm, by ordering from us they are reducing the mileage put on their produce, 900-1200 miles compared to 1500 plus from California growers. The same goes for all our Eastern customers, the reduced mileage not only lowers the carbon footprint, but also the cost of the produce overall a win - win.
Some of our main staples include all the leaf lettuces like green, red, romaine; brassicas such as broccoli, cauliflower, and greens; Rocky Mountain Sweet Onions a proprietary variety. We also have a large crop of herbs such as parsley, Italian parsley and cilantro and a diverse planting of winter squash’s like acorn, butternut, kabocha and many heirloom varieties.
Our wholesale goal is to continue to grow our local program, keeping more produce close and fresh from the farm.
