When you buy organic produce you are buying the best for you and
your family. Laboratory tests prove synthetic pesticides, herbicides
and fertilizers sprayed on conventional crops can be harmful and
could have possibly toxic effects on the body.
Besides possible health concerns, synthetic chemicals are harmful
to the environment. Pesticides deplete the top soil, causing it
to eventually erode. The same chemicals also affect the water supply
by contaminating wells, lakes, and rivers which are the sources
of our drinking water.
By using more traditional farming methods organic farming helps
to build our soils and encourgages biodiversity. We DO NOT use GMO's
(Genetically Modified Organisms)!
To qualify as organic, our produce must meet
certain specifications:
- No synthetic Chemicals may be used
- Produce and Fields must be periodically inspected by independent
certified inspectors (Colorado Department of Agriculture).
- Colorado Department of Agriculture
Organic Certification License #376
Andy was very instrumental in setting up the Colorado Program
- Kosher Certification through TRI Sulom, Rabbi Mordecai Twerski,
Hornosteipler Rebbe - Denver, 295 South Locust Street, Denver,

- Organic produce is a good choice for you and your family.
- Our produce is grown without using synthetic pesticides and
fertilizers. Laboratory tests show these chemicals may be harmful.
Besides being toxic, these chemicals deplete the soil of nutrients
causing erosion and they can contaminate our water supplies.
- Organic produce is grown using more traditional methods. We
use natural fertilizers, crop rotation and biological pest control
rather than synthetic compounds. We do not grow genetically modified
crops.
