Crumble chorizo and sauté with onions. Cut lid off the Sweet
Dumplings and scrape out all seeds and strings. Fill the cavity
with Chorizo and onions. Bake in a 375 oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and place each squash on a plate puddled with fresh
tomato sauce. Garnish with whole chives and grated fontina cheese.
