Cut an Acorn squash in half, remove seeds and strings. Fill the
cavity with spicy country or Italian sausage. Place in a microwave
safe dish, add ¼ inch water and cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 12 minutes or until sausage is cooked through
and the squash is tender. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
This is a great, quick meal for busy days. |
