Pickup Protocol

Here are some important and helpful notes you need to know before going to pickup your shares: 

  1. Please regularly check your email for specific pickup instructions that may be subject to change.
  2. Please take only what you signed up for, and
  3. Please return your empty trays, egg cartons, and jars to your pickup location the following week. Please leave the totes and coolers at your pickup site, and bring re-usable grocery sacks to fill!
  4. If you cannot make it to your pickup location during the designated pickup hours, please have a friend or family member pickup for you, or, out of respect to our lovely hosts, please call your host directly to schedule pickup at a different time, or to have your share donated.

What to take for your shares: 

Veggie Shares

  • Small: Contents of one purple box.
  • Medium: Contents of one red box
  • Large: Contents of one green box.

All In Kitchen Shares: One large cooler labeled "Kitchen Share."

Fruit Shares:

  • Single: Please refer to the weekly newsletter we'll send out the week beforehand for specific instructions.
  • Double: Please refer to the weekly newsletter we'll send out the week beforehand for specific instructions.

Egg shares full: Please take one full carton of eggs from the cooler

Egg shares halves: Please take one half carton of eggs (6 eggs) from the cooler

Canned Goods Shares: Usually 2 jars - one of each kind, however, please regularily check your email for pickup instructions in our weekly newsletters.

Cheese shares: Please refer to the quantity of cheese you selected when you signed up, and be sure to take only that ammount.

  • MouCo Small: Take one 5 oz round of cheese per week
  • MouCo Large: Take three 5 oz rounds of cheese per week
  • Windsor Dairy: Take one portion of Windsor Dairy cheese per week
  • Haystack: Take one portion (one log) of Haystack cheese per week

Mushroom shares: Please refer to the quantity you selected when you signed up, and take only that amount. 

  • Mushroom Full: Take one full pound (brown) bag of mushrooms per week
  • Mushroom Half: Take one half pound (white) bag of mushrooms per week
