Cozy Up to These Fall Recipes!

Welcome to a new season! Fall is officially here, and we are excited about about the golden tipped trees, cool mornings, and a good reason to wear that favorite jacket we have had hidden away all summer.

If you are looking for some inspiration to get into that cozy autumnal state of mind, here are a few recipes to get you moving (or curled up on your couch).

Brussels Sprouts With Brown Butter and Sage

Have you hopped on the Brussels sprout bandwagon, yet? Several years back they got an upgrade from the boiled version of yesteryear, and the new crisp, nutty version isn’t going away anytime soon. This version gives a little extra with brown butter and sage. Pile up next to your protein of choice, or on top of a bed of quinoa for a satisfying meal.

Pumpkin Curry Empanadas

Try this recipe on a rainy day inside when you are feeling a little ambitious and a lot excited about pumpkin season. Use store bought pie dough and chutney to keep it simple, or go all out and make your own.

Baked Apples Stuffed with Oatmeal and Brown Sugar

This one is both simple enough to be a weekday treat, and impressive enough for a dinner party. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream, and a comfy blanket. Get the recipe here.
